FM 7.2 was released before Vista, but even so, the updates to FM would apply to any Windows version. I believe that if you copy text that has a condition applied to it and paste it into a document that does not already have the same condition(s) defined in the document's condition "catalog", then the condition will appear to be applied, yes, but until the condition definition is actually added to the document, the text will not appear with the condition color or font changes. If the document does have the conditions defined, then pasting in the copied text will display the condition color/font.
