Hi all,
Unfortunately (or perhaps, fortunately), after the uninstall/reinstall & update process, nothing has changed. I'm still getting "Warning: A part of the Capture 3D plug-in has been damaged." On the bright side, I'm not getting any new errors. Acrobat still displays the PDF created by using "Save Book As>PDF" function. When I try to print to the Adobe PDF printer, I see the Framemaker print processing screen and still am not prompted for a destination. And still I get no output and cannot find a file by searching for *.ps or *.pdf.

I guess I will have to stick with "Save Book As>PDF" as my option and accept that it may take some time to process that way. It processed in 3 minutes the last 2 times I created the PDF that way - much less that 50+ minutes that prompted this post in the first place.

Thanks for your input,
Janice
