CCITTG4 import

I am working in unstructured FrameMaker v7.2p158 on Windows XP 2002 service pack 3.

I import a CCITTG4 file by reference, and then scale it to fill an anchored frame that covers most of the page. The preview of the CCITTG4 file fills the anchored frame; however, when I create the PDF (print to Adobe PDF printer), about a half inch of the top of the image and a half inch of the bottom of the image is whited out. It is as if there is a cropping window inside the anchored frame (cropping is turned off in the anchored frame). If I scale the image to something smaller than this virtual cropping frame, the whole image is visible in the PDF.

The file also contains some imported PDFs in similarly sized anchored frames, and they are NOT cropped in the PDF.

Any thoughts on this?

Thanks,
Van
