I think more information is needed...

So, given the arrangement you have in the previous post (that is, ONLY Contents Marker, Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3, and Heading 4 paragraph formats in the Include Paragraphs list), what is listed in the bookmarks pane of the PDF file?
