I have created a pdf for an operator's manual but the links for the topics of a single-source file do not work from the table of contents. They will work for the bookmark pane on the left of the pdf. I have used this file in other operator manuals and it works fine. I keep getting a message about the pdf job option not existing. The pdf job option was listed as ebook originally, but then somehow got changed to High Quality. I have recreated the single-source file and it is now ebook but still doesn't work.

What can I do to get the links to work from the table of contents?

What versions of frame and acrobat are you running?
