As we know, FrameMaker 8.0 had been released over 1 year. I want to know whether Adobe intends to release v8.1 in 2009? If anyone knows, Pls tell us!!!

Anybody here who might know anything about future FM development would also be under a non-disclosure agreement, so forum member's comments one way or the other would have to be taken with a grain of salt. That said, though, there are relatively new blogs where Adobe product mgmt folks participate, e.g.: <http://blogs.adobe.com/techcomm/> which to my mind is an encouraging indication that the FM world isn't shrinking quite as much as it might have been in the past few years.
