Lasso is indeed powerful - I used to work with it when I was working for a hosting company from version three upwards.

I don't know how version 7 intergrates with GL but earlier versions were very buggy and believe me its not a complete DC interface, unless they have made some major improvements in the latest release.

As with GL6 and PHP, if you need to do something a little complex you will need to hand code it, the same will apply with Lasso!
