Well I re-installed GL and it still has the same problem...can't click and drag files into the site window. Also, when I go to delete the prefs, the prefs icon looks unfamiliar and when I click on it to see the pref files, it's goes to a CS4 wireless folder. I recently had the trial version of Flash CS4 on my machine along with the other things that come along with it, so anyway, I think that somehow interfered with the prefs file. Can someone tell me what the program is that is supposed to open the prefs file. I guess I don't really have to open it to delete it, but I don't want to screw anything up either. TIA, Bob
