Well, the question mostly speaks for itself but I'm a greenhorn with code. I used to be able to do basic websites but with the advent of PHP etc I'm basically lost but still trying to understand.
I'm trying to get a "Newsflash" message across the [url]site www.marieallen.co.uk[/url]but nothing explains it simply.

Any Ideas? TIA
