Does Dreamweaver CS4 have a Dragable CSS Objects tool section similar to
GoLive CS2. Also does anyone know how much to upgradr from Dreamweaver MX to CS4? Everytime I google this I get $199 to $599. Anyone know?

Thank you,
Rick

No.

MX is version 6. CS4 is version 10. You are outside the window for
upgrades, I'm afraid. So, you will have to purchase a new version.
