"Paste remember layers" CMD+V+SHIFT and CMD+F+SHIFT
Now why this is so deeply hidden?

There is no function, and save workspace configurations, shortcuts and menu order exactly as it is in PS CS4.
As I have already written about it, would be the best step to any Ai adapt to their own working conditions.
