Eg: - I create box and add effect: 3D>Extrude and bevel - set extrude, view etc. - add textures - export or Copy and... - paste to PSD as 3D object with textures as layer eg in layer catalog - change or enhace texture in PSD - rotate XYZ and scale as full PS 3D objects. Why there is still no such function in Ai? Why can not I even simple objects exportować boxes to the PSD as a file .obj

Well, since Adobe did such an awful job adding about 5% of 3D to Illustrator I don't think it would be a good use of their resources to try adding the other 95%. There are lots of thing Illustrator has needed improved for years, but 3D is not one of them.

You want to bet on that one, you might be behind the times on this one, keep in mind that the world of graphic arts is changing. And there is a lot of call on the forum for doing 3D and by many more different users then the regulars. think that adobe not worry about the traditional concepts that video and use of 3D models in video and other forms on the web and in kiosks make it a far more important feature then a few print Illustrators think and for the sake of integration with the other applications in the suite and for the millions of users that do video and web and other forms of multimedia it is a great idea and for all the print Illustrators that have to have another 3D program to basic 3D work or simple struggle to find a way of doing it in Illustrator I say it far more important.
