Sorry This does not work: 1. unnlock guids 2 selec object and guides 3 scale 4 The result: scales objects but not guidlines :( Guidlines to scale with objects I must first change the guidlines in the object :(

Sorry but This is not funny.
I wasn't making a joke. It works fine here, with both PathGuides and RulerGuides.
1.Unnlock guids
2 Select All
3 Scale Tool: Click to set the center of transform where desired.
4. Shift Drag diagonally away from the COT.
Result: Everything scales as expected, including Guides.
CS3, Windows.

Try making an object guide. Draw a rectangle for example and then Cmd-5). Unlock guides. Select the guide and scale it with the Scale tool. It will scale just like any other object. Same thing applies to ruler guides. However, because guides don't have any thickness, you will only see a change of size, not a change of thickness. When you lock guides you prevent it from being selectable or scalable.

OK. it work. So sorry. I work too much and do not understand what I read. "Scale tool" scaled guid and object - OK. I was thinking: Why can not I scale guides along with a whole composition using selection tools or free transform tool.
