This is something I've been wanting for years: the ability to rotate the artboard, and all the art in the document, as if I was turning the physical canvas I was drawing on. For existing implementations, check out Painter, OpenCanvas, or Toon Boom Studio; all three of these programs let you do this in different ways.

Photoshop CS4 has this now... I'll second this request for Illustrator. With the new Blob Brush in Illustrator, a "Rotate Canvas" would make that tool even more valuable.

I'll third this request. When I work on packaging that folds in half I have to select all of the artwork, rotate it and reposition it within the artboard and bleed. Clicking a button to flip the artboard would be perfect.
