Hi David, Yes, I just replicated the problem with AI9. Since I didn't save the setup ai file in my destination folder, what I got was 3 eps files there - the same as in my source folder. I'd have to say this is a bug with AI 9. I'm running 9.0.2 on Win 2000. I don't see anything in the skimpy FAQ, might try searching in the tech doc database. since none of the experts are chiming in, that seems to confirm the bug :( sorry I couldn't be of more help.
