We are printing from Illustrator 8 to an HP1055CM printer. The size of the plot is pretty big (68x90) and the results have been unpredictable. 

The page tiling is showing two pages 35 x 90 approx and two pages are spooled, but all we get are small portions of the plot. 

Is there a known bug in the driver perhaps? Or maybe a workaround? 

Any comments on this may help us.
