I see Corel Draw 9 on E-bay unbelievably cheap. Listed as new, no box, no manual, CD is shrink wrapped.  Seller says that only retail versions come with box and manual. Sounds weird to me. If it's not retail version what is it?  I hope Adobe doesn't mind my question. This is the only forum I know for graphics. This place has never disappointed me.
