I'm having a similar problem, if I understand the original post.

I just added a post in the PS Windows forum (not realizing there is actually an ImageReady forum), but have yet to get a response.

Even if you delete your slices and create new ones, from guides or whatever, ImageReady remembers the positioning of elements from the last time it worked on that file. Very annoying.

And there's no "cache" to clear in ImageReady...?
