I tested it by three mouse. Genius USB, MEC PS2 and a old IBM connects to COM port. All have this problem. However, I found a strange solution. When the mouse hangs on the program, I go to menu and select "About Imageready" in Help menu. then I click at about dialog. The problem solves immediately. I don't know how it works but I am happy I have not to exit from program, start it and open files again.
