Hello. I'm using Imageready CS2. Something strange seems to have happened because yesterday I was able to open .wmv's and .avi's, but today it doesn't recognise any media formats, and when I try opening them it says This is an unknown file type. I've tride converting them to .mov, but I get the same problem others seem to be having with white frames. I've tried re-installing photoshop, but it didn't help. Is there anything specific I can do to get videos into imageready?
