Hello All: I just purchased the education version of Adobe Suite CS2, which includes Photoshop 9.02 ImageReady CS2 Ver 9.0.

I also purchased a website template (#6061) from Monster Templates that I hope to customize to enable me to display some of my photographic work.

The Monster template comes with .PSD files for each of the web pages that I can reconfigure using Photoshop. I've finished the home page and have used the "Save for Web" option in ImageReady to create the HTML and Image files that represent the home page. I'll be further editting the page using Dreamweaver 8.0 to add additional features.

The problem:
When I bring up the unaltered page (HTML & Images) generated by Monster, supposedly created using Photoshop, I am able to edit the text layers through the Dreamweaver interface.

After I make my changes to the same .PSD home page file and save it using the "Save for Web" feature in ImageReady, Dreamweaver shows my text fields as graphics and I am unable to edit the text they contain. That's the problem. How do I keep these text fields editable when the page gets to Dreamweaver?

Any/all help/suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,
Jack Gombola
