When I create a gif in photoshop or imageready with out a background
and then place it on a page with color other than white you see a white edge around the image. What is the problem and how do I get the edges not to have that white outline type of look.

On lens flare I create a image with a red, blue, and yellow cylinder I added a lens flare affect to the ends of each, when I create a gif with imageready the lens flare is yellow on all the cylinders. I need it to be either white on all or better yet the color of the cylinder.
