sorry if it's been asked before...i looked throught the archive, and tried a search, but just couldn't find an answer that help me 100% (though some helped a little) anyhow... is there a way to optimize the "quality" of an animated .gif so that you can get under file restraints for webpages? in PhotoShop CS, there's a nice little slider that helps to optimize file size. but does ImageReady CS have the same feature? i'd like to get a small 50x50 animated icon that is 38kb down to 4kb. the original is 46kb, and even under the edit>prferences>optimization i can't get the file size low enough. not even at 4-up. unfortunately i have to upload the file for an icon, rather than link it from my ftp...hence the dilema. here's the icon: <http://www.digitalwraith.com/images/phistio/icon.gif> anyhelp is greatly appreciated!
