I am using Adobe Photoshop 5.5 with ImageReady 2.0 on Windows 2000/XP Professional platform. As administrator or power user, I can start ImageReady without any problems, however if I am logged in as anything else (User, Guest etc) I receive this error when attempting to start ImageReady: "Error: Could not fully start the application because an unknown error has occurred." There isn't an error code and obviously the error message is vague. I have done online searches but have yet to find a solution. I have also tried to change security permissions on the Adobe 5.5 folder to include full control (read/write/modify) permissions, and even the Windows directory, but this has not helped. Photoshop has been uninstalled and reinstalled without effect. Logging in as administrator/power user is not the answer I'm looking for. I need to be able to run ImageReady as a regular User. I do not experience any problems with Photoshop. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks!
