trouble with frames!

Hi,

I've just been using Imageready for a few days and I'm not really up to speed on it. I'm trying to create a small animation to go on my website so what I've been doing is creating the separate frames in photoshop, because each frame is different (it's a bird flying off).

Then after I have completed one frame and saved it in photoshop, I am 'placing' the file in Image ready. The problem is that not only does this take up a lot of memory but when I place the file it covers all of the other frames so that I am left with say 40 frames all with the same image. This means that I have to go back over each individual frame and switch off the sight of the layers I don't want to see. I hope that makes sense!

Basically I'm after a way that I can just insert the file from Photoshop and into one particular frame, not all of them.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Zoe
