Hello:

I recently developed a webpage in Photoshop CS and Imageready (Adobe).
I wish to include a text field in the page (form - input), can some
one pls help me with documentation/tutorials on how to accomplish
this?

Do I need to do this in Photoshop/Imageready or Dreamweaver?

Your help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
-Neil
