message says:

Could not fully start the application. A file-system error has occured. (c:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Presets\Styles\amr_gems_style.asl)

I open that directory up and there is the amr_gems... file. So why is this happening and how can I get it to launch? Thanks.
