HI, You can do this by creating an action for A. B. and C. and then using the droplet function to apply this over your folder. Step 1 (etc): Open Imageready Open the first file (file_1.jpg, for ex.) On the Actions tab, find the create new action icon on the bottom and click it. It looks like a piece of paper being folded up from the lower left corner. A dialog box pops ups when you click it and you will name it something like Resize_A for the first set and later you will do the same for B and C. For now, focus on A. You will end up with 3 droplet sets when done. When done naming it, click RECORD. From this point on, every function you do in Imageready will be recorded. So, with this in mind, do to the first picture what you want to do to the rest of the images in your folder including saving at the end. When you're done, click the stop block at the bottom of the action tab to end the recording. That creates your action. Now you have to create your droplet set so you can duplicate this action over an entire folder of images. Click the little arrow that points to the right located next to the actions tab. This opens a drop down menu and way at the bottom you'll see Create a Droplet. Click on that. You should see ResizeA (or whatever you named it) in the input box and save it to the desktop (for example) for easy access. That's it. You now have a droplet arrow icon setup on your desktop that will resize the images of any folder you drag over it to the size you set in your first image. Do the same thing for set B and set C. Then you can just drag your folder over each droplet arrow and get the desired results. HOWEVER, the bad news is that you might get an error that says that the droplet was unable to communicate with Imageready (Error 4080). This is something I'm actually trying to work my way around at the moment. It seems to be a Windows XP security update problem. Let me know if you find a patch for it or if you can get it to work right. GOOD LUCK!
