Animation Pallette Problem in Adobe ImageReady

When I click on Window>Animation, the animation pallette never shows up. Is there something else I need to do to have it show up? Any help would be most appreciated!

It may be off screen. Try reseting your preference files. You should find the instructions in the forums FAQ.
