I've made an animated gif with a fill opacity of 50% on all layers. When I preview it in ImageReady the fill looks semi-transparent, just as I wanted. But when I run the image on my web page the fill has no opacity. What am I missing? Thanks!

Roger, The gif format doesn't support opacity - a pixel in a gif is either fully opaque or fully transparent. The only web-friendly image format that supports 8-bit transparency is 24-bit .png and IE 6 (and earlier) doesn't support transparent 24-bit .pngs natively and you have to use the AlphaImageLoader code to display them correctly in IE6

Roger, for your background color choose the same color as your web page and then you can get what you are looking for.
