have to create two identical operational books, each having the same content in 2 different smaller books. So a total of 6 books, 3 of each. I just want to get this right, could I use inCopy (CS4) to work on the text, which I then import that into InDesign (formatting, styles, layout etc) creating all 6 different books. Now there are always changes to the book, so obviously I only have to update 2 files (1 of each) and the changes then taking effect after editing the inCopy files. Is this a good situation to use inCopy? I'm only the person editing/designing the books and no server whatsoever.
