I am moving to new printers from Xerox, When printing from InCopy, we cannot get the full file. If the cursor is in the headline area, you only get the headline on the printed page. Likewise for body, when the cursor is there, you get only that. We need to be able to print the entire document in one shot. Any idea how to print correctly?

In the Print dialog box, make sure its View: setting is set to Layout (if that's what you want to print, the full layout.) When you print from Layout then it doesn't make any difference where your cursor is. All that matters is the page range you enter there.

BUT if you choose "View: Galley and Story" in the Print dialog box, then what's probably happening is that "Current" is selected in the Stories: list of choices. "Current Stoy" only prints the active story ... the one where your cursor is blinking.

If you want every story printed as a Galley or Story, then choose the All radio button in that Stories: area. The third choice is "Expanded" meaning the ones where the content is visible in Story/Galley, and not the ones that you've collapsed into their story bars.
