Hm, seems my example had a misleading name:

Okay, what we see is that
- each part of the vals stands for a color (C C,M M,Y Y,K K)
- 3ff00000 0 stands for 100%
- 3feccccc cccccccd represents 90%
- 3fe80000 0 =75%
- 3fc33333 33333333=15%
- 3fb99999 9999999a = 10%

Nice to know, but it's still a mystery how to calculate this numbers.
Isn't there any documentation about the incd-File-Format for developers. At least I can't find anything inside the developer area.
