I get this message whenever I try to open InCopy Help - Adobe Help cannot start. Model subsystem returned this error: 1146

Given that I know nothing about InCopy (and I only have 30 days to try out my 30 day version.) but a lot about InDesign I could really use a functioning Help utility.
