Page breaks in InCopy CS3

I am trying to delete a page break but have not seen a way to do this. I can see the page break in Galley view. In Story view, I selected to show hidden characters from the Type menu, but the page break character doesn't appear (only paragraph breaks).

Is it possible to delete page breaks in InCopy CS3 (v. 5.0) or does it have to be done in InDesign?
