I opened the document in InCopy rather than InDesign, and it shows that the text is overset, just like InDesign did. The fonts are all the same. Is this probably a problem with the assignment I created? This particular InCopy user has had quite a few problems with the spreads I've assigned. And for some reason, every time she works on an assignment, an XML file with "Story List" in the file name pops up in the assignments folder. I don't know what that is or how it gets there. Thanks for your help, amy
