I hope someone can help. My editor has a windows machine (XP with plenty of ram and processor speed)) and no matter what she does, she can't get incopy to work correctly. It takes ten minutes to save a 5000 word document. (that's timed so it's accurate) When she sends the document to me, it takes just as long to open and I can't work in it. Making a spelling change on one word will take me 5 minutes. If I export the document to word and then open it again, the problem goes away. She has reinstalled about ten times, and has updated and repaired. It stopped crashing and freezing when doing anything to the document, but still has a very long opening time for the program and then an impossible time saving. And everything that her program touches is corrupted an unusable by anyone else It does do something weird on opening the program. It runs through a list of Checks 180 instances of this and checking 129 instances of something else. A variety of things which my other editor's computer, also windows, does not. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? A clue to ideas of what we can do or try? A place to start? We're not the most tech savvy. Thanks, Sarah
