We've had this same problem since installing this new system a year ago. We have assigned keyboard shortcuts to Scripts (bold, clean-up text, etc.). A user calls and says that their "Bold" key is not working and the only thing I've discovered that will recover them is to open the Window>Scripts palette and execute the command from there. Then you can close the palette and the key will work again. I wrote a short instrux for this and sent it to all users so now I don't get as many calls about it. But, now I don't know how often it's happening either.
