When updating links why doesn't CS4 take you to the directory/folder they were saved in rather than having to hunt through your file structure to find them? CS2 didn't work that way if I remember correctly.

This is now a preference item. Edit > Preferences > File Handling... and change the Default Relink Folder to "Original Relink Folder" in the dropdown. The behavior you are seeing was introduced in CS3 and users either loved it or hated it, depending on their workflows. The option is a good compromise. Peter
