OPTION A. CONTINUES FOOTNOTE NUMBERING ACROSS MULTIPLE STORY DOCUMENT

Current: A document with plane text, boxes, credits and tables (mutiple story's) the footnote numbering will start every story in the document with number 1. Instead of continuing the footnote numbering of the document. Even though the checkbox "Restart Numberring Every" is OFF in the Footnote Options.

---

OPTION B. FOOTNOTE NUMBERING ACROSS INDESIGN BOOKS (.indb)

Current: If you add a footnote in a InDesign book (multiple documents) all documents need to be changed by hand in each document Footnote Options / Numbering Start at ... (and you are a lucky person if there is 1 story per document)

---
Now working on a InDesign book with footnotes in multiple story's and tables per document... And there some footnotes added and deleted :s
---

Footnote numbering in InDesign (CS4) is not continued across:
documents with more stories (such as text boxes and credits)
all documents in a InDesign book
 tables
