The new edition of FrameMaker (FM9) allows for creation of PDF for Review.
Text edits in this PDF (deleting, adding and replaceing of text) aswell as highlighting and underlining of text and comments can be directly inported in the original FrameMaker files as changes (comments are impoted as comment markers) which one can accept or decline one by one or all at once.
Needless to say this feature can save a lot of time and effort in proofing cycles.
Anything like this at hand for InDesign? CS5 maybe?

Sounds really wicked! That'd finally tip the scales in favor of PDF reviewing for me. But it doesn't nearly sound as something to be expected in the near future ...

Well they've implemented it in FrameMaker 9, released last month, so who knows!
