Hello,

I'm working on a plugin that deals with the indexation API for CS5.

I've noticed that several bosses seem to be missing their main implementation. For example, the documentation states that kCreateIndexInstanceCmdBoss has an IInstanceCmdData interface; however, no documentation for this interface exists and no header file in the SDK contains its definition.

Why? Is this something that I should consider internal or deprecated? Using the debug version of INDD, the trace tells me that this particular boss is still used, but I start running into funny errors/crashes when I try to make use of it.
