how to control view of list while resizable panel is scrolled down??

hi, have created on panel having a list implemented by using tree widget. want to resize the panel by certain points i.e. if user try to resize panel-the list should show the list elements completely....not intermediate!!!

is anybody has idea about how to synchronize the list view to be able to show list element completely???
