how to change position of newly added context menu and add submenus to it

hi,
 i have added one context menu.But it comes at the bottom position after "Convert to Note" right click menu. I want to move it up after "Anchored Object" menu. Also the menu which i have added having ten dynamic menus.
 i used "RtMouseText:"kTestMenuTextKey, to give the path for dynamic menus,but its comes at the last position.
Is anybody knows, how to add submenus to newly created context menu and change the position of that newly created menu from last to some number before 5.
