Hi. I have a two column format document. The main heading 1 on the top of the pages are in a separate (unthreaded) text frames from the body text. When I generate a TOC, the order of the entries is not what I expect. It lists any Heading 2 items from columns first, before the Heading 1, even though the Heading 1 is at the top of the page. (Having the heading in a different text frame is obviously complicating things). Any workaround to get the heading 1 listed in the TOC before the other items on the same page? thanks
