Font outlines in ID?

I recently did a layout for a window vinyl (decal) and was thrown back in time when the shop, which drives everything through Corel, needed the fonts converted to outlines.

Fortunately, it wasn't a complex layout and I did it with an export to PDF, import to Illustrator, convert to outlines (tediously) and then resave as PDF. So far, I think that worked for them.

It's not a common need, but is there any simpler way to convert fonts to curves or outlines from an ID document?
