InDesign CS3 cannot run!! Pls help!

Ok, guys, one of my user in my office which is using licensed Adobe Creativesuite 3 design standard has a problem to run Indesign software.

Whenever he clicks on Indesign icon at his desktop, neither Indesign runs nor error message pops up. But other program such as photoshop, Illustrator and other program run without any problem.

By far, I have uninstalled Indesign, whole CS3, and applied indesign patch, still cannot solve the problem.

So, any help/suggestion is really appreciated!
