Printing to distiller, or PS/Distiller. This is a slippery slope though, as it puts the burden on you to insure proper seps. Watch your screen angles. Unless you use the proper PPD and settings, they will all be 45 degrees, which of course will not work on press. and this is not always easy to determine by looking at the separated PDF on screen. A side note. Your printer should get with the PDF workflow. There are various ways of separating a composite PDF. If the RIP won't do it, then a Acrobat plug in such as Crackerjack, will provide this functionality. Also, simply placing the composite PDF into InDesign, will allow for seps directly from ID print function. Larry
