I had a client install indesign on a PC system with multiple users and
was having the same problem. No Shortcuts and default workspace
adjustments not saving. Tried reinstalling 4 times to no avail.
Impossibly frustrating to use Indesign with no shortcuts. But then,
Gorinich's crack, bloody brilliant! worked a treat. Nice one fella!

I know the solution for problem with
