Going from PM7 to ID Menu on top of doc Issue

I'm just now migrating from PM7 to InDesign CS4.
Hate change! LOL

I am used to having my open document full screen (maximized) with the
Color Menu, Character Menu & Tool Bar on Top of my full screen open 
document.
Is there a way to do this in ID CS4?

Any help would be appreciated, did a google search & the help menu, no luck.
Change over anxiety ya know :-)
